To serve you best, we've structured our cancellation policy as follows: If you need to cancel by July 27, 2025, we will gladly offer a full refund. If cancellation is necessary by August 25, 2025, we will gently return 50% of your investment. After that date, we are unable to offer a refund due to pre-committed costs, but we will hold 50% of your registration as a credit towards a future retreat, should the Lord lead you to join us then.

We recommend packing a cozy sweater or jacket and a comfortable chair for moments of personal reflection outdoors. If you plan to explore the beautiful grounds of Eagle Sky, be sure to bring comfortable walking or hiking boots.
